Climbing Kites is fully licensed and registered with the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals, and all of our products have been reviewed and approved by the Iowa Health and Human Services (Iowa HHS). We are also in compliance with all federal (including DEA) guidance regarding hemp-derived CBD and THC. Our THC and CBD is entirely natural within the hemp plant and is not synthetically created or obtained. It meets all state and federal laws and guidelines. In short, Climbing Kites offers entirely legal products.
The THC in CK's beverages is pure Delta-9 THC — it has not been synthesized or created in a lab. Delta-9 THC is the primary psychoactive compound in marijuana (it is the one that gets you "high").
