Orders are shipped from our Iowa fulfillment center within 1-2 business days, Monday - Friday. Most orders placed before 2pm CST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 2pm CST on Fridays will be fulfilled and shipped on the following Monday.
A slight delay may occur during limited-time product releases and during site-wide sales (such as Black Friday) due to significant short-term increase in demand and during certain holidays as our employees get a few extra days off to spend with those they love. An email confirmation will be sent once your order is received. Another email will be sent when your order has been fulfilled and will include the tracking information associated with your order. Because our products contain CBD and THC, a signature of a person 21 years of age or older may be required upon delivery.
Shipping Rates: We generally ship via the United States Postal Service. We charge a flat-rate of $7.50 for orders up to $75. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
